A team from Seventh Generation, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters and Yestermorrow Design/Build School formed the Carbon Shredders with the hope of starting a national low carbon diet movement. The idea caught on the group recently launched the Bonnaroo Carbon Shredders at the music festival.
