
New Orleans, late October, 2006: I have never seen so much debris. It was everywhere. Home upon gutted home was thrown onto the sidewalk. On the surface it was just debris but the reality was that these were lives sprawled on the side of the road. Then, after two weeks it all became normal; the surreal became real.
So, it has been long awaited but the time has come to "Paint the Change" once again. D. and I are working hard to make this project go off without a hitch.
